Safety

MyOshi is intended for adults only. Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account, chat with characters, buy credits, or start a subscription.

Romantic, affectionate, dramatic, humorous, and story-driven conversations are allowed when they stay respectful and non-explicit.

Characters may show emotion, memory, favorability, scene context, and relationship progression, but they are not real people and should not be treated as emergency, medical, legal, or financial support.

Do not request explicit sexual content, sexual content involving minors, coercion, exploitation, incest, bestiality, sexualized violence, non-consensual content, or instructions for abuse or evasion.

Do not use MyOshi to harass, threaten, impersonate, dox, exploit, or manipulate another person. Do not upload or prompt for private, illegal, or non-consensual material.

MyOshi applies layered safety checks to user messages, AI replies, generated characters, and generated image prompts. Content may be blocked before or after generation.

Safety systems can make mistakes. Attempts to bypass filters, obfuscate prohibited requests, or repeatedly trigger blocked content may lead to account restrictions.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these rules, create safety risk, abuse payment systems, attack the service, or interfere with other users.
